NeptuneLabs user account
Your NeptuneLabs account allows you to view and manage all relevant data such as quotes, invoices, company and user account information in one place. The account provides an overview of your NeptuneLabs licences and allows you to generate your licence keys directly from the Licence section of your account. You can also contact our support team directly from the account menu.
Customer and User Accounts
Customer accounts are set up by NeptuneLabs and organisations are issued with appropriate licences, quotations and invoices.
Each customer account can have multiple user accounts associated with it.
One user account is set up as the User Manager. The User Manager manages the user accounts and the customer.
Normal user accounts can view (but not edit) the customer details and the details of all users associated with the account. They can also view quotes, invoices and licences, and generate licence keys.
It is also possible to link an account to multiple customers if required.

User account management can be accessed via https://uam.neptunelabs.com/.

User Management
Editing user or customer data
User details can be edited in the **User ** details section. Customer details can only be edited by the User Manager of that account. If you need to change the name of your account or delete your organisation's account, please contact support@neptunelabs.com.
User Manager
The User Manager of an organisation can edit the customer details and add and delete users. If only one user is assigned to a customer, that user is automatically set as the User Manager. The User Manager position can be changed in the Members section of the customer details.
Invite users to an account
If you are the user manager, you can easily invite colleagues to join your customer account. Please click on the Customer button in your NeptuneLabs account overview and select the Members button in the My Company Data section. In this section you will see an overview of the members associated with your account. In order to invite a user to your company, they must first create a NeptuneLabs user account. You can then send them an invitation email by clicking on the Invite a user button and entering the email address of the user in question. You will be notified by email as soon as the user accepts your invitation.
Removing Users from a Client Account
Users can only be removed from a client account by the relevant User Manager. Please click on the Customer button in your NeptuneLabs account and select the Members button in the My Company Data section. In this section you will see an overview of the members assigned to your organisation. Alternatively, you can delete your own user account from the account overview. If the account is assigned to one or more customers, it will automatically be removed from the corresponding customer.
Quotes
The Quotes section allows you to view your quotes and save them as a PDF. The number on the button indicates how many quotes are currently associated with your account. Offers are visible for up to two years, but please note that the exact product and price offer is only valid for two months after the offer was created.
Invoices
The Invoices section lists the invoices from your account. The right-hand number on the button shows the total amount of invoices issued to your account, and the left-hand number shows the amount of images still due. By clicking on the button, you can check the due date and payment status, as well as view and save as a PDF. Please note that only invoices issued after 1 January 2013 will be visible in your account.

I have accidentally deleted my account. How do I get it back?
Please create a new account and contact your User Manager and ask them to invite you to your account. If your account was your organisation's User Manager account, please contact support@neptunelabs.com after you have created a new account. We will add you to the appropriate customer account.
What should I do if I need to change my hardware?
Current licences - products after FSI Server 2016: With the introduction of FSI Server 2016, our licence key system has changed. The old licence versions were FQDN bound, the new licences are machine bound, i.e. the licence depends on the machine it is installed on. Our new licensing system is designed to make licensing easier and faster. The new per-machine licences will replace the old FQDN-bound licences. If you need to change the hardware on which FSI Server is installed, please install the FSI Server version on your new system and copy the Licence Request Data found in the Licence tab of your FSI Server web interface into the Licence Request Data field of the corresponding licence in your NeptuneLabs account. To prevent unauthorised licence generation, you can only change the Licence Request Data and generate the licence data several times before it is blocked. In this case, please contact support@neptunelabs.com to reset the number of licence generations.
Products prior to FSI Server 2016: Because licences are FQDN (Fully Qualified Domain Name) bound, rather than machine bound, you can move to new hardware without changing the licence key.
My licence has expired, what should I do?
If your licence has expired, please contact our sales team at sales@neptunelabs.com who will be happy to assist you. However, you can extend your existing licence for 7 days by clicking the Get Licence Key(s) button in the Licence menu of your account to ensure that you have a valid licence even if your licence expires at the weekend or during the holiday season.
