... manage connectors and users

As your hosting setup is fully managed, you will need to contact us in order to set up new connectors and/or users.

For this, we need the following information:

New Connector​

  • Which type of connector should it be?
    • Storage: used for all image files which will be delivered dynamically with the FSI Server
    • Static: files such as PDFs, video, SVG, etc., can also be addressed via URL
  • Which current web interface users should have access to it?
    • which permissions do they need to have (i.e. full access, read only, etc.)
  • Which other users (WebDav, SCP, SFTP) need to have access to it?

New Web Interface User​

  • Username
  • Which connectors should the user have access to?
  • Which permissions do they need to have (i.e. full access, read only, etc.)

New WebDav, SCP or SFTP User​

  • Username
  • Which connectors should the user have access to?
  • Which permissions do they need to have (i.e. full access, read only, etc.)
